Fayez Khaddour, a contemporary Syrian poet, became the tongue for the people of his time with his poetry, who are struggling with pain, sorrow and war in Lebanon, Syria and Palestine. The poet has used lots of symbols for nature and myth, As if his poetry is an artistic painting, in which he feels defeated in believing in the idea of the Arab uprising and has reached emptiness. When the Arabs were defeated in the June war, the poet describes the war consequences, the destruction of the Arab lands, the repression and unhealthy situation of the people after the defeat. The present study tries to investigate the failure manifestations in a descriptive-analytical method, following the example of the myths of nature in the poems of failure and examining the manifestations of demolition and ruin in the poems of Fayez Khaddour. The results show that the two elements of death and life, or in the other words, emptiness and resurrection, dominate the poetry of Fayez Khaddour. He describes life as emptiness and failure. The painful poet, tired of the sufferings from life, then sanctifies the earth, which is the mother of the universe, and the sky, which is infinite. Fayez Khaddour also enumerates the similarities between showing the sad and hopeless life of the Arabs and symbolic and mythical nature. In his poems, 'Literature of Failure' is basically a well-known and original trend and still needs to be introduced, although it is now just a name and not very well known.
