Controlling the validity of the liquidating process including:

A. If the dissertation registered on irandoc base by the students himself and the files have been sent:

• Recovering the tracking code from irandoc.ac.ir
• Loading word , pdf files sent to irandoc and analyzing their validity and correctness
• Analyzing the print format of the dissertation and comparing it with irandoc sent files and analyzing it from the perspective of having right format (minutes of the defending session, abstract, etc)
• Receiving CD (electronic format) of the dissertation and analyzing and reconciling their validity
• Saving the electronic format of dissertations on the computer on the branch related to each day based on the row number given to each student
• Receiving verification from irandoc
• Saving verifications based on the row number
• Printing the verification, signing it, sealing it and delivering it to the student
• Preparing an excel file from dissertations received on each day and delivering it with the dissertations to the preparing unit
• Preparing DVD related to received dissertations (their file, verification, excel file) to send to the Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology monthly

B. If the dissertations isn’t registered on irandoc, the following guidances will be carried out:

• Registering the student on irandoc.ac.ir
• Helping to zip the files
• Guiding to filling in the information and sending the files and receiving tracking code from the Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology
• In the case of disorder in receiving the verification from the Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology website, pursuing it and calling to remove the problems related to it
• Preparing necessary guidelines to carry out the process correctly
• Pursuing the electronicizing “Receiving dissertations” from higher education students and registering them on the Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology
• Arranging returned dissertations from faculties (at the beginning of each day)
• Providing apprenticeship services to Ferdowsi and non-Ferdowsi’s students
• Carrying out other duties
