• Duties

  • Planning of educational activities for three groups of faculties/ librarians and students in different levels
  • Carrying out administrative correspondence related to the unit
  • Issuing certificate related to held educational courses and workshops
  • Responding to clients
  • Coordinating with other units of the university regarding educational services and assessing needs of educational courses special for librarians and students
  • Participating in coordination and holding special programs and particular occasions
  • Interacting with representatives of educational groups for need assessment and receiving educational mutations and providing proper referential and educational services
  • Carrying out the news connector affairs (Reflecting news to public relation, cultural deputy and Lisna)
  • Holding meetings related to the education committee
  • Setting the program of the consultation table and carrying out related coordination
  • Coordinating for holding visits and educational tours
  • Participating in special programs of new students to introduce the library and its services to new users
  • Preparing annual work report
  • Training apprentices
  • Carrying out other duties
